For app issues, general feedback, privacy requests, or feature suggestions, email [email protected]. Do not include birth details, chart snapshots, medical records, financial account information, or other sensitive data in the email.
Start here
- Open Chart, enter the birth date and local clock time, then tap Calculate chart.
- For true-solar-time correction outside China, enable Use longitude correction, choose the birthplace time zone, and enter its longitude.
- Open Ask only after a chart exists. AI is optional; chart calculation itself works offline.
Common questions
Why does the adjusted time differ from my birth certificate?
Longitude correction converts the recorded local clock time to a nearby true-solar time. Confirm the birthplace time zone and longitude first. Historical daylight-saving rules are applied from the selected time zone.
Why does AI show a local reference?
The AI service may be unavailable or may return an answer that does not meet the app’s language or safety rules. The app then shows a clearly labeled offline reference. Tap Retry when the network is available.
Where is my data stored?
Charts, almanac results, and decision journals stay on this device. There is no account or cloud restore. Deleting the app removes locally stored content.
Can Tianji make a medical, legal, or financial decision?
No. Chart and AI content is for cultural research and reflection. Verify important decisions with qualified real-world professionals.
Troubleshooting
- Check that the date is on or after January 31, 1900 and the longitude is between −180° and 180°.
- If a screen appears stale, close and reopen the app before deleting it; deletion permanently removes local journals and charts.
- For AI errors, keep identifying, medical-record, and financial-account details out of the question, then retry on a stable connection.
- Review the privacy policy before sending a privacy-related request through any App Store developer contact channel.

常见问题
修正时间为什么与出生证明不同？
经度修正会把出生地记录的当地钟表时间换算为附近的真太阳时。请先核对出生地时区与经度；所选时区会应用对应年份的夏令时规则。
为什么 AI 显示本地参考？
AI 服务可能暂时不可用，或回答未通过语言与安全规则。此时应用会明确标注并显示离线参考；网络恢复后可点击“重试”。
数据保存在哪里？
命盘、黄历和决策日记仅保存在当前设备，不设账号或云端恢复。删除 App 会清除本机内容。
天机可以替我做医疗、法律或投资决定吗？
不能。命盘和 AI 内容只用于传统文化研究与反思，重要决定应向现实中的合格专业人士核实。
故障排查
- 确认日期不早于 1900 年 1 月 31 日，经度位于 −180° 至 180°。
- 页面状态异常时可先退出并重开 App；不要直接删除，删除会永久清除本机命盘和日记。
- AI 报错时，请先移除姓名、病历、金融账户等敏感信息，并在稳定网络下重试。
